PRAY FOR HAITI MISSION TEAM - Please pray for the CBC Haiti Mission Team. Today Pastor is preaching both services at Hosanna Baptist Church and the team will be busy this week hosting a VBS in one of the local villages, building a house for a Haitian Pastor and holding an Evangelistic Crusade each evening in downtown Jacmel. Several thousand people are expected to attend the crusade each night. Pray for safety and for souls to be saved. The team will return this Friday.

IRONMAN MINISTRY MEETING THIS SATURDAY - Our next Men's Ironman Ministry meeting will be held this Saturday, December 10 from 7:30-9:30AM at Golden Corral (40/42). The cost for the breakfast buffet is around $8. The purpose of this ministry is to provide men with accountability, to encourage spiritual conversation and fellowship among men and to promote the reading of spiritually challenging books. Alex Dunn will be speaking.

ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING - Our annual business meeting is scheduled for next Sunday, Dec. 11 at the end of the evening service. The church will be voting to approve the 2012 budget as well as voting on the following people to serve in these areas: Bobby Bryan (Deacon), Dave Mincy (Treasurer), Rolando Sabina (Financial Secretary), and Denise Younge (Clerk). Voting for officers will be done by secret ballot.

INSPIRITED TEEN ACTIVITY - Come join us Saturday, Dec. 17 from 3:00-6:00PM for CBC's 'inspirited' teen activity! We will be focusing on praying through some of the different needs and ministries of our church as well as enjoying a number of different games. See Mr. Chad with questions.

BABYSITTING FOR CHRISTMAS - The CBC teen girls will be offering babysitting at the church to allow you to shop, eat out, or for whatever reason. The cost is $5 per child per night. Available dates are Monday, Dec. 5, Friday, Dec. 16, Monday, Dec. 19 from 6:30-9:30PM. Please see Elsie Brantley if you are an interested parent or a teen wanting to help.

TEEN/JUNIOR BOOT CAMP - Our Teens (7-12th) and Juniors (4-6th grade) will be going to the WILDS Christian Camp on June 18-23. Reservations forms and a $50 registration fee must be turned in by Sunday, December 18. Registration forms can be picked up from Mr. Chad (teens) or Mr. Justin (Juniors) after the service. Please make checks payable to CBC.

CHRISTMAS CARD BOX - If you'd like to save a little postage this season, we have a Christmas Card Mail Box in the lobby. Feel free to use this mail box to distribute Christmas cards with those in our church family. Don't forget to have someone in your family stop by the box each week to retrieve your cards. CARE PACKAGE FOR DON ROBERTS - Veronica Reynolds and some of the other ladies in our church are putting together a care package to send to Don Roberts. Veronica would like to have the items collected by next Sunday, December 4 so Don will get the package before Christmas. Please bring your non-perishable items to church and place them in the tote in the lobby.

LADIES' CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT EXCHANGE - The Ladies' Christmas Activity will be held on Friday, December 9 from 6:00-8:00PM at the Walden Club House/Cabin. Each lady should plan to bring a wrapped Christmas ornament to exchange. More details about what food items to bring will be sent out in an email this week. OVER $3,000 GIVEN IN OUR BUS OFFERING LAST WEEK - Praise the Lord, over $3,000 was given in our special bus fund offering last week allowing us to purchase our first church bus! Thank you for your generous giving. Our church bus is lettered and parked out back behind our church!

SPECIAL THANKGIVING PRAISE SERVICE - Our annual Thanksgiving Praise Service will be held this Tuesday, November 22 at 7:00PM. This will replace our regular Wednesday night Prayer Meeting. Please come ready to share a personal testimony of how God has worked in your life!
